Amazon is a leading supplier of selling goods online at competitive prices but a plan can be expensive. Amazon Prime usually costs $119 per year at the regular price. However, there are free trials and discounts available to a variety of customers. For example, Seniors with valid EBT cards or on Medicaid can get Amazon Prime for just $5.99 per month.
Is There An Amazon Military Discount?
Unfortunately, there is no Amazon Military Discount. At one point in time, Amazon offered a discount where current and former military members got access to Amazon Prime for $80 ($40 in savings). Amazon Prime Veterans Day Discount 2021
For Veterans Day in 2019, Amazon gave a $40 discount for Amazon Prime members. There is no discount for Veterans Day 2021.
Amazon Shipping To Military Zones
Amazon ships to APO/FPO addresses. Standard deliveries may take up to 21 days to these addresses. Items that can not be shipped to APO/FPO addresses include:
- Cell phones and service
- Standalone lithium batteries
- Lithium batteries packed separately with equipment (products that come with lithium batteries installed are permitted for shipping to APO and FPO addresses)
- Outdoor living items
- Some apparel, baby items, camera and photo, electronics, health and personal care, housewares, jewelry, software, sports, and tools and hardware items may not be available for APO/FPO shipping.
